“I’ve probably been where you are…”
My passion is helping leaders develop the perspective, skill, and experiences to create careers and lives of greater authenticity, meaning, and effectiveness.
I have an up-close connection to the challenges of working all along the organizational hierarchy, from leaders and staff of small start-ups to middle, senior, and executive leaders of large corporations.
I started a non-profit organization and grew it through many stages into a significant enterprise. By anticipating its growth, I learned to anticipate my own need for development. As part of this process, I earned two master’s degrees and a PhD in organizational management and human development.
After twenty years leading my own organization, I took on a senior management role where I learned how to lead within a much larger organization. Subsequently, I have provided consulting and mentoring to executives in a wide range of organizations from financial institutions to local government, helping them evolve into their roles to best serve their organizations and their own careers.
So here I am in the best place of my life so far – helping leaders like you navigate both the professional and deeply personal aspects of development as you seek to lead and grow your organization. I know the exhilarating and sometimes terrifying aspects of this journey!
